Because our operations reside in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector involving custom digital creation, our financial protocols regarding retaining deposits and project financing fees are heavily structured.
1. Retainers and Initial Production Reservations
Due to the significant logistical costs associated with securing equipment fleets, sound stages, creative directors, directors of photography, and technical crew, all initial mobilization retainers and project deposit fees paid to WORKING TITLE PARTNERS, LLC are fully non-refundable.
2. Project Cancellation and Progressive Milestones
In the event that a client initiates a formal project cancellation during active strategy, creative scripting, or physical production phases, refund distributions are calculated strictly via progressive milestones:
Pre-Production Phase
Any funds advanced beyond the non-refundable deposit may be evaluated for return, minus verified expenditures for scriptwriters, location scouting fees, and administrative talent retainers already spent.
Production Phase
Once active principal photography or animation rendering initiates, all technical funds allocated to that production milestone become completely non-refundable.
Post-Production Phase
No refunds are issued under any conditions once assets move into editorial, audio mixing, coloring, or delivery pipelines.
